Jennifer Sedik

Jennifer Sedik has a diverse range of work experience in technical writing and project management. Jennifer started their career as a Technical Writer at HRU Technical Resources in 2008, where they wrote and edited technical manuals for Army automotive vehicles. Jennifer also developed and published IETM using EMS NextGen software and provided technical support to users. In 2012, Jennifer joined AM General as a Group Lead, where they managed a team of 20-25 people and oversaw the revision of HMMWV Technical Manuals. Jennifer also developed schedules, reported project progress to upper management, and maintained milestones for multiple publications. In 2014, Jennifer joined Tweddle Group as a Technical Author and later took on the role of Team Lead for the Nissan OM project. In these positions, they researched and developed content for Nissan owner's manuals, collaborated with project leads to find solutions for efficient delivery of manuals, and developed processes to increase quality and reduce author overtime. Jennifer also planned and prioritized projects to meet deadlines and coordinated schedule changes between project management and authoring. Jennifer's work experience demonstrates their expertise in technical writing, project management, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Jennifer Sedik completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Oakland University between 2000 and 2004.
