Michael Wahl

Michael Wahl, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology. Michael most recently served as Vice President of Information Technology and IT Security at Tweddle Group, where they were responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure and service delivery activities. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of IT and Information Security at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Wahl held the position of Director of Information Technology at Tweddle Group, where they managed a global team and implemented cost reduction initiatives through the consolidation and virtualization of data storage into the cloud. Michael also served as the Information Technology Manager at Tweddle Group, where they supported internal infrastructure, customer-facing solutions, and led the company's transition to server virtualization and cloud computing.

Before joining Tweddle Group, Wahl worked at McKesson as a Product Systems Engineer, where they configured and supported product systems for pharmacies. Michael also worked at Aspiryon, LLC as a Network Engineer, providing expert consultancy and implementing system upgrades.

Wahl co-founded Innovationpointes, LLC in 2021, where they gained experience in AWS services, cloud management, load-testing/user simulations, and AWS cost optimization.

Throughout their career, Wahl has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on cost reduction and efficient IT operations.

Michael Wahl, MBA has a strong educational background in both business administration and information technology. Michael earned a Master of Management and Leadership (MSML-MIM) degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at Western Governors University from 2019 to 2021, specializing in Business Administration and Management, Finance, and Operations.

In terms of undergraduate education, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University. Michael also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA program at Loyola University Chicago and completed an Associate of Science - AS degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Macomb Community College.

To complement their formal education, Michael holds several certifications. Michael obtained an eJPT certification from INE in 2021 and completed certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon Web Services Security Specialty and Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Michael has additional certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Project+, and CompTIA Security+ as well as the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert. Michael also holds a Linux certification from the Linux Professional Institute and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
