Megan Fischer

Megan Fischer (Truglio), SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Tweezerman International, LLC, since November 2021. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at RailWorks Corporation from October 2014 to November 2021, including HR Business Partner, Training Specialist, HR Generalist, HRIS/Benefits Administrator, and Human Resources Assistant. Earlier experience includes internships in human resources at Quorum Federal Credit Union and The Fontana Group, LLC, in 2014 and 2012-2013, respectively. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Manhattanville College, completed in 2014, and attended The Baccalaureate School for Global Education from 2004 to 2010.
