Stephanie R. has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2011. Stephanie began their career as a Global Ambassador at the University of Minnesota in 2011, followed by a Human Resources Intern and Coordinator at Green Tree Servicing in 2012. Stephanie then held the role of HR Generalist at Leadpages in 2015, followed by Senior Human Resources Generalist at Drip in 2016. In 2018, Stephanie held the role of Human Resources Generalist, Employee Experience & Culture at Aeritae. In 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bite Squad. Finally, in 2020, Stephanie held the roles of Director of People Operations and People Operations & Engagement at Twelve Consulting Group.

Stephanie R. began their education in 2008 when they enrolled at the University of Minnesota. Stephanie graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in a double major of Communications and Cultural Studies. In 2013, they enrolled in a Employment Law Certification Course at Minneapolis College. In February 2018, they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM and also obtained a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In April 2018, they obtained a Spinning Instructor Certification from Mad Dogg Athletics®.
