Alison Wang, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Twelve since October 2021, Alison supports diverse teams in Materials Engineering and Technology Development Operations. Previously, Alison held the role of People Operations Manager, where leadership focused on implementing people programs for a mission-driven organization addressing climate change. At One Medical from October 2019 to October 2021, Alison functioned as an HR Generalist, providing critical support in employee relations and performance management. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Specialist at Mass General Brigham and HR Training Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital, where Alison contributed to workforce diversity programming and facilitated new employee orientations. Early career experience includes a production internship at Konwiser Brothers. Alison holds a Master of Science in Human Capital Analytics and Technology from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Boston College.
