Kate Reeves (Lapthorn) is a seasoned marketing and customer relationship management professional with extensive experience in various senior roles. Currently serving as Head of CRM at Twenty Twenty Digital since June 2023, Kate previously held multiple leadership positions at Internet Fusion Group from October 2017 to May 2023, including Head of Retention, Divisional Head of CRM & Marketing, and Group CRM Manager. Prior roles include Email Marketing Manager at Surfdome.com and CRM Manager at Deckers Brands, where responsibilities spanned notable brands such as UGG, Teva, Hoka One One, and Sanuk. Kate began a career in digital marketing as a Digital Marketing Executive at Shudoo, following studies at the University of East Anglia, where a Bachelor of Arts in Literature with History was obtained.
