Rajesh Aggarwal MD PhD FRCS FACS has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and surgery. Rajesh is currently the Founder and CEO of twenty30 health, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Venture Consultant at Redesign Health, where they played a key role in developing and launching new healthcare companies. Rajesh also served as an Advisor at Concord Health Partners.
In 2020, Rajesh joined Panda Health as the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, where they were instrumental in building the company and securing funding from strategic partners. Before that, they held various high-level positions at Thomas Jefferson University, including Executive Vice President of Jefferson Strategic Ventures, Professor in the Department of Surgery, and Senior Vice President of Jefferson Strategic Ventures.
Rajesh's career also includes roles at McGill University, where they served as the Director of the Steinberg Centre for Simulation and Interactive Learning and an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery. Rajesh has also worked at the University of Pennsylvania, where they were an Instructor in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery.
Early in their career, Rajesh held positions as a National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Clinician Scientist and a Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College London. Rajesh gained surgical experience as a Specialist Registrar in Surgery at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and worked as a Clinical Research Fellow at Imperial College London.

Rajesh Aggarwal MD PhD FRCS FACS has an extensive education history. Rajesh earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge in 1996. In 1999, they completed their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.,B.S.) degree at the University of London. Continuing their education, they obtained an Honorary Master of Arts (MA) degree from the University of Cambridge in 2000. Dr. Aggarwal then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree specializing in Virtual Reality and Hand-Motion Analysis in Laparoscopic Surgery at Imperial College London from 2003 to 2006. Rajesh further enhanced their expertise in the field of General Surgery by becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) at The Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2010.
