Ranjani Raman

Ranjani Raman is an experienced technical recruiter currently serving as Lead Technical Recruiter at RSC Solutions since March 2024. Prior to this position, Ranjani held the role of Principal Recruiter at Mitchell Martin Inc. from October 2022 to March 2024, and also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at the same company in two separate stints. Ranjani's recruitment experience spans several notable organizations including Kforce Inc., where Ranjani was a Talent Manager, and Cambridge Solutions in Singapore, where Ranjani oversaw recruitment activities for the APAC region. Ranjani holds an MBA in HRM from Anna University Chennai and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras.
