Jessica Menard

Jessica Menard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica started their career as a Programmer/Analyst Intern at VALIC in 1997, where they worked on Visual Basic programming and mainframe jobs using COBOL. Jessica then moved to the Intranet Development team, contributing to the development of the organization's first Intranet application for data retrieval.

In 2013, Jessica joined AIG as a Consultant in Program/Project Management. Jessica was responsible for project management and solution architecture for key data management projects. Jessica also filled in for the Project Management Organization while the Director of PMO was being onboarded. Jessica played a crucial role in adopting new policies and procedures for the SDLC process in the organization.

In 2015, Jessica transitioned to VALIC as a Senior Consultant in Application Development. Jessica led the technical design for a project to improve the existing file processing system and supervised a team of developers working on the front-end application and back office. Jessica continued in this role until April 2019.

Since April 2019, Jessica has been working as an Application Developer at TWFG Insurance (The Woodlands Financial Group), where they are currently employed.

Jessica Menard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University. Jessica attended the university from 1994 to 1998.
