Abbas Mohimi

Abbas Mohimi is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and business development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Technical Solutions at TWI since October 2014. In various managerial roles at TWI, Abbas has successfully led initiatives in public funding, international business development, and industry sector management, fostering key relationships with stakeholders and managing high-value projects. Prior experience includes roles at Brunel University London, where Abbas managed a team of research engineers and led collaborative projects related to sensor development. Abbas holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an Executive MBA, along with additional advanced degrees in engineering, demonstrating a strong academic foundation complemented by extensive industry expertise.
