Nicole Potter

Nicole Potter, MCIPD, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at TWI since August 2021. Previously, Nicole held interim roles including Human Resources Business Partner for North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups and HR Partner for Aldridge Education. Significant experience as an HR Business Partner was gained at NG Bailey, along with expertise in employee relations management at MACE GROUP LIMITED. Additional consulting roles were undertaken at Mitie, The Law Society, Berendsen, and NEL Commissioning Support Unit, focusing on organizational change, employee relations, and recruitment. Nicole's career began with an interim position as Head of HR at UCL Institute of Education. Education was pursued at Anglia Ruskin University from 2001 to 2003.
