Brad Johnson has a diverse range of work experience in the design, production, and content management fields. Brad started their career in 2010 as a Production/Development Intern at GreeneStreet Films, where they gained experience in screenplay analysis and provided feedback on films in post-production. In 2012, they worked as a Writer's Assistant at Brian Ash before joining OurStay as a Content Management Lead. At OurStay, Brad was responsible for research, design, and collaboration on presentation decks, as well as coordinating the collection of content from luxury hotels for a branded app. Brad also designed technical training documents.

In 2015, Brad joined Inside the Actors Studio, first as an Executive Assistant to James Lipton and later as a Production Associate. In these roles, they provided support during all stages of production, including audience coordination, talent travel, and on-set assistance.

Since 2018, Brad has been working at Twigeo, starting as a Marketing Designer where they created digital ads for various platforms using Adobe software. Brad then progressed to the role of Senior Marketing Designer and Design Lead, US. In December 2022, they were promoted to Design Director.

Brad Johnson pursued their education in a chronological manner. Brad began their studies at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2007, focusing on the field of study of History. Brad then transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2008, where they continued to study American Government and Politics (United States). In 2009, Brad enrolled in New York University and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Dramatic Writing by 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Brad also acquired several certifications related to graphic design. These include "Graphic Design Foundations: Layout and Composition," "Draw Better and Faster with Illustrator CC," "Graphic Design Foundations: Color," "Graphic Design Foundations: Typography," "Introduction to Graphic Design," "Typography: Choosing and Combining Typefaces," "After Effects Guru: Animating Infographics," "After Effects Tips and Techniques: Shapes, Text Masks, and Path Effects," "Creating Infographics with Illustrator," "Illustrator CC 2018 Essential Training," "After Effects CC 2018 Essential Training: The Basics," and "Photography Foundations: Composition." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn between February and May of 2018.
