Lucie Kumstová

Lucie Kumstová has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lucie started their career in 2007 as an administrative worker at the Městská knihovna v Praze (Prague City Library) and later worked as a bar attendant at Bar Kačer. From 2008 to 2010, Lucie worked as a call center operator for various companies. In 2015, they gained professional experience as an assistant manager at Odborná praxe. Additionally, they helped establish a new branch of Jindřichohradecké místní dráhy (Jindřichův Hradec Local Railways) and contributed to its administration. Lucie also worked as a concierge at Concierge Management, providing event and administrative support. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a panel executive representative at GfK. In 2018, Lucie took on the role of event planner and administration support at Živnostník/vlastník (Self-Employed). Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at Twigsee, where they focus on customer satisfaction and growth, emphasizing the importance of learning from mistakes and nurturing people.

Lucie Kumstová's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Střední škola Mezinárodních a veřejných vztahů v Praze, where they studied Diplomacie. Lucie completed their studies in 2009.

In 2011, Lucie enrolled at Prague University of Economics and Business for a Bachelor's degree in Management, which they completed in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they continued their education at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Podniková ekonomika a management.

In addition to their formal education, Lucie Kumstová obtained a Business English Certificate Vantage from the British Council, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
