Caitlin Epstein is the Senior Director of Public Relations at Twilio. Caitlin has over ten years of experience in communications and marketing, with a focus on technology companies. Caitlin has a track record of success in helping companies achieve their business goals through effective communication campaigns.

Before joining Twilio, Caitlin was the Director of Communications at InVisionApp Inc, where they helped companies of all sizes unlock the power of design-driven product development. Caitlin has also worked as a Senior Account Manager at Eastwick, where they managed thought leadership programs and influencer relations for startups. Her experience includes working with companies such as Emergence Capital, Webtrends, and ThoughtSpot.

Caitlin holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.

Caitlin Epstein studies communications, French, and international studies at Santa Clara University. Caitlin plans to use their skills in communications and French to work in the international field.
