Niall Hayes

Niall Hayes is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as SVP of Engineering for Twilio Communications, Niall is responsible for overseeing the engineering of key communication services including Messaging, Email, Voice, Video, Account Security, and Phone Numbers. Prior to Twilio, Niall held the position of COO at Pantheon Platform, leading efforts to enhance WebOps solutions, and served as CTO/VP of Studio Operations at KIXEYE, driving the development of innovative online gaming experiences. Niall's career also includes significant roles at Zynga as GM of CityVille Studio, and a 11-year tenure at Electronic Arts, where responsibilities included leading diverse global teams in game development. Early career experience includes engineering roles at Activision and Integrated Computing Engines. Niall holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick.
