Nyall Halstead

Nyall Halstead is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in end user computing and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global End User Computing & Operations at Twilio since May 2023, Nyall previously held the position of Director of End User Computing and Operations at Rackspace Technology from April 2013 to May 2023. During tenure at Rackspace, strategic leadership included facilitating a transition to remote and hybrid work for over 7,000 employees during the COVID-19 pandemic and leading a cost-saving migration from Slack to Microsoft Teams. Nyall's career started at Rackspace as a Service Desk Engineer II, advancing through roles such as Technical Services Team Leader and Service Desk Manager. Nyall holds a BDes in Design for Digital Media from Robert Gordon University and a BTEC National Diploma in Foundation Art from Shrewsbury College.
