Troy Bolus

Troy Bolus is an experienced product manager currently serving as Principal Product Manager for Customer AI at Twilio since December 2022, focusing on the development of AI and machine learning products for Twilio Segment. Prior to this role, Troy co-founded OmniPanel, where from May 2020 to December 2022, responsibilities included leading product, engineering, and design efforts, with the company backed by CRV. Troy also co-founded Seated, overseeing product, engineering, and design from June 2014 to January 2020, with backing from Insight Partners, Craft Ventures, and Greycroft. Troy's academic background includes education from UCLA.
