Juana Ventura

Juana Ventura is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and tax management. Currently serving as the Controller Development at Twin Dolphin Los Cabos since June 2016, Juana has been responsible for coordinating furniture purchases for projects, managing cash flows, assisting in budget preparation, overseeing the accounting department, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as Anti-Money Laundering Law and data protection laws. Prior to this role, Juana worked at Hotel One&Only Palmilla from December 2006 to December 2015 as the Tax Manager, where responsibilities included federal tax calculations and payments, preparation and submission of annual and monthly declarations, local license updates, and responding to fiscal audits. Juana's early career included a position as Accountant at Construcciones Roher from January 1997 to August 2002, where duties involved managing accounting, determining federal and local taxes, and preparing annual declarations. Juana holds a licentiate degree in Accounting from Instituto Tecnologico de la Costa Grande, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
