Marlon Garcia

Marlon Garcia is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in chemical engineering. Currently serving as a Refinery Project Engineer at Twin Rivers Technologies since September 2020, Marlon manages various capital projects. Previously, Marlon worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on power plant/utilities and chemical recovery, where skills in leadership, equipment improvement, and operational efficiency were developed. As a Refinery Process Engineer at Ecopetrol, Marlon supported a large refinery and optimized process units.
