Michael brings years of experience in analytics, process efficiency, inside sales, and IT management. He is certified in Microsoft MTA, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. Michael is proficient in project management, helpdesk operations, customer service, and data analysis.
