Randy Olsen

Randy Olsen joined Twin State Technical Services in July 2022. He has a Bachelor's degree from St. Ambrose University in computer network administration as well as a Master's degree from Southern Illinois University -- Edwardsville in computer management information systems. He is skilled in creating effective and efficient ways to implement and support complex infrastructure and is helping Twin State improve customer relations to not only meet, but exceed their needs and expectations. Furthermore, Randy is proficient in leadership, business intelligence, software engineering, and networking. He is a certified scrum master / product owner.
