Emily Grantham

Emily Grantham has a diverse range of work experience. Emily began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Archdale Drug Company in 2010 and held this position until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Campus Living Representative at East Carolina University from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Emily transitioned to the role of Inside Sales Representative at Camco Manufacturing, where they worked until 2018. Emily then joined Ryerson as a Senior Account Representative, a position they held for four years until 2022.

Most recently, Emily has been working at Twinings North America as a Customer Service Analyst since 2022.

Emily Grantham attended East Carolina University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their education. In September 2013, they became a Certified Guest Service Professional through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. In December 2014, Emily obtained the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association. Lastly, in November 2015, they completed the Hotel Industry Analytics certification also offered by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
