Roza Bazrafshan

Roza Bazrafshan currently serves as an Innovator and previously held the title of Business Intelligence Analyst at Twinkl Educational Publishing since May 2022. Before this, Roza founded My Calm Llama, operating from March 2020 to October 2022. From February 2019 to March 2020, Roza worked as a Teaching Assistant with a specialization in Autism at Victoria Primary School. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant across multiple institutions, including Aquinas, Southwark Primary, Claremont, Bluecoat, and Nottingham Academy, between January 2014 and February 2019. Roza holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2019.
