Rubén Manzano has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Rubén is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Twinny, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at DOCOMO Digital as the Head of Product and Technology (VP) for nearly six years, from January 2015 to November 2020. Before that, Rubén held multiple roles at Buongiorno, including Chief Technology & Innovation Officer from January 2010 to December 2014 and Principal Software Engineer Manager from October 2008 to January 2010. Rubén also founded and served as CEO of EDUCACION Y SERVICIOS CANINOS TUCAN SL from November 2010 to November 2012. Earlier in their career, Rubén worked as a Software Engineer Manager at ITOUCH MOVILISTO from October 2004 to January 2008, a Solution Architect at Movilisto (Startup company) from October 2002 to October 2004, a Solution & Cybersecurity Architect at McAfee from May 2002 to October 2002, and an IT Specialist System Management & Cybersecurity at IBM Global Services from October 2001 to May 2002. Rubén's earliest work experience includes working as an IT Specialist System Management at Airtel-Vodafone from April 1999 to October 2001.
Rubén Manzano has completed a General Management Program (PDD) in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School. Rubén also holds a BSc Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Europea. Rubén has a degree in Ingeniería Técnica de Sistemas (Computer systems) from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Design of Products and Technical Systems and Project Management from Azpe - Instituto Tecnologico e Innovación. Rubén also holds a Técnico Superior Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red (Information Technology) from IES SAN ROQUE.
In terms of certifications, Rubén Manzano has obtained the following: Business Transformation with Google Cloud from Google in June 2019, Certified Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in June 2014, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2012, and Executive English School (C1) from British Study Centres in August 2009.
