Marta Valeria Baldassarre

Marta Valeria Baldassarre is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the retail and fashion industries. Currently serving as the HR Retail Manager for TWINSET since December 2022, Marta previously worked as a Business Advisor & Consultant at EXS Italia and as a freelance HR Consultant and Career Counselor. From September 2004 to July 2019, Marta held various HR leadership roles at Giorgio Armani, including Head of HR for EMEA & Extra EU, where responsibilities included implementing HR policies and talent management strategies across multiple regions. Earlier career experience includes HR management positions at Suez Environnement and Gucci. Marta holds a degree in Counseling Psychology from Centro Berne, a Master in Coaching from SEAFO, and has completed HR-related studies at IGS-RH and S.S.I.T.
