Matthieu Dubois has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthieu started their career as a Doctoral Researcher at UCLouvain - Université catholique de Louvain, where they also worked as a Teaching Assistant. During their time at the university, they conducted scientific research and taught statistics to undergraduate students.

Dubois also worked as a Scientific Researcher at Université libre de Bruxelles, New York University, Université Grenoble Alpes, and Université de Grenoble. In these roles, they focused on research and collaborated with different institutions.

In 2014, Dubois transitioned to the industry and joined Twipe, a digital publishing and analytics platform for newspaper publishers in Europe. Matthieu started as an IT Business Analyst and later became an Information Technology Project Manager. Matthieu managed mobile and web app projects, automated digital publication creation flows, and integration with client systems.

Dubois then took on the role of Senior IT Project Manager at Twipe, where they partnered with daily newspaper companies to develop and implement digital growth strategies. Matthieu also served as the Head of Engineering (ad interim), overseeing the iOS, Android, HTML/JavaScript, C#, and Python teams.

Currently, Dubois is the Head of Product at Twipe, responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, ongoing support, and operational effectiveness of the platform. Matthieu leads a cross-functional team, including project managers, business analysts, developers, and support engineers located in different countries.

Throughout their career, Dubois has demonstrated their expertise in project management, product development, and team leadership, with a strong focus on digital publishing and technology.

Matthieu Dubois has an extensive education history in the field of psychology. Matthieu started their educational journey at Saint Boniface Parnasse from 1989 to 1996. After that, they enrolled at the Université catholique de Louvain and completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's complementary degree in Philosophy from the same institution from 1998 to 2001. Alongside, they also completed a Master's degree in Psychology during this period. Matthieu continued their education at the Université catholique de Louvain and attained an advanced master's degree in Psychology from 2001 to 2003. Finally, they obtained a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Université catholique de Louvain, where they attended from 2003 to 2008.
