Lara Stallbaum has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Twirl, a tech-enabled content studio that connects brands with creative talent for video ad production. Prior to this, Lara co-founded Swedish Fall, a fashion company focused on reducing waste through innovative design and distribution approaches. During their time at Swedish Fall, they served as both a Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, achieving significant milestones such as serving over 50,000 customers, generating €10m in eCommerce revenue, and recycling over 8,000kg of unused clothes. Lara also participated in Antler's UK5 Cohort as an Entrepreneur and was part of the Harvard Innovation Labs' Venture Incubation Program, where they incubated the startup Swedish Fall. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Lara completed a Management Trainee Program in Business Administration at EDEKA Aktiengesellschaft and worked on an overseas project at Panorama Mountain Resort.
Lara Stallbaum completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn in the years 2015 to 2019. During the years 2017 to 2018, they also attended the University of Victoria, focusing on Entrepreneurship. Prior to their university studies, Lara obtained their Abitur, a qualification for entry into German universities, from Domschule Schleswig between 2005 and 2014. Lara'sstudy at Domschule Schleswig included subjects such as English and Economics.
