Abigail Frank

Abigail Frank is a seasoned professional in the field of automation and engineering, currently serving as a Sr. Automation Field Application Scientist at Twist Bioscience since August 2022. At Twist, Abigail focuses on automating methodologies for the product catalog and provides onsite support to customers while consulting on lab automation purchases. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Field Service Engineer and Field Service Engineer at MGI, where Abigail facilitated the setup of Covid-19 testing labs and automated various laboratory processes using Python. Abigail has also worked at Invitae as an Automation Engineer, Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Field Services Engineer II, and participated in a global biomedical service program through the University of Pennsylvania. Abigail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
