Ina Hüvel

Ina Hoxha serves as the Executive Director of Strategy, Business Development & Transformation at the University of Miami Health System, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Ina was the Division Director of Strategy for Southeast US at DaVita Kidney Care from June 2022 to November 2023, and before that, held roles at Cleveland Clinic including Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development, and Director of Business Development and Physician Relations for the Florida Region. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at South Beach Orthotics and Prosthetics, Director of Business Development at Select Medical, and Vice President of Business Development and Physician Relations at Promise Healthcare, Inc. Prior to these roles, Ina was Area Director of Business Development and Physician Relations at Kindred Healthcare. Ina holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Barry University and has a background in Pre-Medicine/Psychology from Carson-Newman University.
