Sarah Sims has over two decades of experience in customer and technical support within the next generation sequencing (NGS) field. Currently, Sarah holds the position of Manager Customer & Technical Support NGS EMEA at Twist Bioscience, having progressed from various roles including Senior Supervisor and Senior Customer and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to joining Twist Bioscience in May 2018, Sarah spent nearly 19 years at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, where key roles included Group Leader for Data Coordination and Genome Sequencing Production, and Scientific Manager, focusing on planning and executing NGS projects for genetic research. Sarah holds a BSc in Biology from Anglia Ruskin University.
