Christopher Piverotto has a diverse background in program management and quality assurance, with significant experience in enhancing customer experience and process improvement. At Twitch, Christopher held the positions of Senior Program Manager - Process Improvement, Senior Manager - Global CX Programs, and Program Manager for International CX. Prior to Twitch, experience included a role as Localization QA at Atlus U.S.A., Inc. Christopher also participated in the JET Program through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) and served as Regional Sales Manager at VuPoint Solutions.
