David Wohlreich

David Wohlreich currently serves as VP of People Experience & Total Rewards at Twitch, where responsibilities include oversight of compensation, benefits, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. In addition, David acts as an advisor for PeopleTech Partners’ Total Rewards Advisory Group. Previous experience includes roles at Front as Head of People Experience & Operations, and at Niantic, Inc. as Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations, where David developed comprehensive employee experiences and managed HR operations. Prior positions at Riot Games, Chubb, and Bosch North America further highlight a strong background in global compensation strategies and HR infrastructure development. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with honors from Indiana University, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and International Studies.
