Waleska Cilmi

Waleska Cilmi possesses extensive experience in information technology and community management. Currently serving as Vice President and ITSM Architect at Evercore since June 2019, Waleska is responsible for the ServiceNow platform's ownership, development, administration, and implementation. Concurrently, Waleska has been creating engaging content and managing a community as a Content Creator and Community Manager at Twitch since April 2015. Prior roles include ServiceNow Administrator, Information Technology Manager, IT Consultant, and IT Support Specialist at Penn State University, where responsibilities involved supporting IT services and developing effective processes. Additional experience includes positions in digital design and e-commerce, exemplified by roles at Second Life, Ken Chertow Wrestling, and Peoples Nation. Waleska holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University, earned in 2012.
