Lisa L.

Lisa L. has extensive work experience in the finance and legal fields. Lisa began their career at GMAC ResCap in 1991, where they served as the Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance. In this role, Lisa led various securitization projects for residential mortgage products and worked with multiple stakeholders across different countries. Lisa focused on responsible lending practices and regulatory compliance. Lisa'sexpertise also included capital markets experience, such as credit default swaps and offshore structures. Lisa joined Rutherford & Bechtold LLC in 2010 as an Attorney until 2013. Lisa then joined Two Harbors Investment Corp., where they served as the Senior Director of Mortgage Compliance Officer and later became the Lead Counsel for Mortgage Compliance.

Lisa L. obtained a J.D. degree with a business law concentration from the University of Minnesota Law School from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science and Russian from the University of Minnesota between the years 1985 to 1990.
