Cynthia Hwang

Cynthia Hwang has a strong background in government pricing programs, consulting and managed services, and life sciences management consulting. Cynthia is currently serving as the SVP of Government Pricing Programs at Two Labs. Prior to this, Cynthia co-founded and worked as the Consulting & Managed Services Lead at Riparian LLC. Cynthia has also held roles as a Senior Principal and Principal at IMS Health, a Life Sciences Management Consultant at Marina Consulting LLC, an Associate Director at Grifols, and a Manager at KPMG US. Cynthia began their career as an Associate at Arthur Andersen.

Cynthia Hwang attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Cynthia also attended the University of California, Berkeley during the same period and earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
