Lucy Bacon

Lucy leads the growing development team at Two Rivers Media. She has a legacy of pitching, originating and developing programming which has enjoyed domestic and international success.

Lucy joined Two Rivers from Warner Bros. Television Production UK’s Wall to Wall Media where she was Head of UK Factual Development - a role she held since 2016. During this period Lucy oversaw the development of a range of successful projects including The Twinstitute (BBC Two); Danny Dyer’s Right Royal Family (BBC One); The 100 Years Younger Experiment (ITV); Nadiya’s Asian Odyssey (BBC One); World’s Most Extraordinary Homes (BBC Two); and Glow Up: Britain's Next Make-Up Star (BBC Three).

Prior to this Lucy held Head of Development positions at Development Central for BBC Productions, Remarkable Television and Shine TV.
