Kaustuv Dasgupta

Kaustuv Dasgupta is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading and execution management across various asset classes. Since December 2018, Kaustuv serves as the Head of Trading at Two Sigma, where responsibilities include managing the EDGE execution team and developing automated trading strategies in credit and other financial instruments. Previously, as an Executive Director at UBS, Kaustuv developed corporate bond trading algorithms. At Bank of America, significant achievements included enhancing the firm’s ranking in investment grade credit and establishing innovative quantitative frameworks. Kaustuv began a finance career at Merrill Lynch and Price Waterhouse Coopers, holding various roles that laid the foundation for a strong expertise in financial markets. Education includes an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with an MBA in Management from Baruch College and a Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
