Troy Pepicelli

Troy Pepicelli is an experienced professional in recruiting operations and theater management, currently serving as the Head of Recruiting Operations and Technology at Two Sigma since February 2019. Prior roles at Two Sigma include Recruiting Operations and Technology Lead and Recruiting Coordination Lead. Prior to joining Two Sigma, Troy worked at Music Theatre International from February 2017 to February 2019 as a Licensing Representative, where responsibilities included managing amateur licensing for non-professional performing arts institutions and supporting underserved schools. Troy's experience also includes positions at Roundabout Theatre Company as House Manager and Assistant House Manager, and as a Production Management Intern at Aurora Productions. Additionally, Troy served as Production Manager for Triboro Youth Theatre. Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2011.
