Abdul Wazed Charu

Abdul Wazed Charu is a seasoned audio professional with extensive experience in sound engineering, currently serving as a Freelance Sound Engineer at twofour54 Abu Dhabi since July 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Abdul has held various significant roles, including Manager of Audio Studio at International Television Channel Ltd. (NTV) since July 2013, and Head of Audio, Video & Broadcasting at SRC Media Group since June 2019. Previous positions include Chief Sound Engineer at Muzik Man Digital Recording Studio and Manager of Online Sound at Maasranga Television. A strong background in audio recording, mixing, mastering, and post-production is complemented by expertise in studio setup and acoustic design. Abdul graduated from East Bengal Institution between 1978 and 1987.
