Ivana Fostikov

Ivana Fostikov currently serves as an IT Backoffice Specialist at TX Group AG, focusing on ServiceNow catalogue development, hardware and software procurement, and inventory maintenance for clients in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria since August 2022. Ivana has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance from previous roles at Digitec Galaxus AG, where responsibilities included evaluating employee performance and contributing to marketing initiatives. Additional experience includes translation work for various companies, logistics coordination for Rhenus Logistics Germany, and creative contributions as a singer and video editor for Viva Vox Choir.
