Frances Gabaldon

Frances Gabaldon has extensive experience in compliance and project management, currently serving as the SOX Compliance Project Manager at PNMR since November 2004. Prior to this role, Frances worked as a Manager at Deloitte from 2000 to 2004. Frances holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, where studies took place from 1998 to 2000, and a BBA from the UNM Anderson School of Management, attended from 1987 to 1994.
