Sam Lee started their career at Gamania Digital Entertainment as a Game Application Engineer, moving on to become a Senior Web Developer. They then transitioned to Digital River as a Senior Manager, overseeing customer operations. Currently, at TXOne Networks, they hold the position of Sr. Customer Success Engineer, where they manage technical support cases and engage with channel partners for support readiness. Sam holds a Master's degree from New York University and an MBA in Marketing and MIS from Drexel University.
