Rhiannon Chappel

Rhiannon Chappel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rhiannon is currently working as an Operations Manager at Tyl by NatWest since August 2022. Prior to this, they were employed by Fiserv where they held various roles, including Client Experience Business Partner from June 2021 to July 2022, Team Manager from August 2020 to June 2021, and Processing Analyst from June 2019 to August 2020. Before joining Fiserv, Rhiannon worked at First Data Corporation as a Senior Team Lead from October 2018 to June 2019, a Technical Specialist from February 2017 to October 2018, and a Contact Center Agent from March 2016 to February 2017. Their earliest work experience was as an Office Administrator at CCR Property Services Ltd from July 2014 to January 2016.

Rhiannon Chappel completed their initial education at The Bromfords School from 2007 to 2012. Rhiannon then pursued further studies at The Bromfords School and Sixth Form College from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Btec degree in Information Technology and also studied Business Administration and Management, General, completing another Btec degree as well.
