Franklin Williams

Franklin Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and data insights. Currently serving as President of Data & Insights at Tyler Technologies, Franklin has also held the position of Vice President of Product Development at both Tyler Technologies and Socrata, where responsibilities included guiding product strategies and development. Franklin's career began at Microsoft, where roles included Senior Program Manager Lead for Identity & Connected Experiences and Senior Program Manager for Office Web Apps. Franklin holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a Master of Science in Computer Science, both obtained from Washington University in St. Louis between 2000 and 2005.
