Ken Miles

Ken Miles is a seasoned leader in the technology sector with extensive experience in the Courts & Justice Division at Tyler Technologies, serving as Vice President & General Manager since September 2002. Ken has been responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Supervision Product Suite, guiding sales, professional services, product design, and client support efforts. Previous roles at Tyler Technologies included Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Operations, where Ken focused on revenue forecasting, process improvement, and quality assurance within the professional services organization. Prior to Tyler Technologies, Ken worked at TRW Public Sector as a Project Manager and Implementation Consultant, and held roles in law enforcement, including Technical Services Manager at the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office and Police Officer at the Boswell Police Department. Ken's career also includes service in the United States Marine Corps as a Forward Observer.
