Adi Grotes

Adi Grotes currently serves as the Business Operation Manager at Tymely, starting in December 2023. Previously, Adi held the position of High-Tech and Venture Capital Legal Intern at Pearl Cohen, providing comprehensive legal support and managing client relations for various hi-tech businesses. Adi's experience includes roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Reichman University, focusing on contract and administrative law, and contributions to Verint's legal operations by ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Adi also gained consulting experience at Accenture, where a notable achievement included winning 1st place in a case competition. Earlier positions include managing community relations for the TAMID Group, serving as a Diplomat Executive Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, working as a Product Manager for the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and acting as Operations Room Manager in the Israel Defense Forces. Adi holds a B.A. in Psychology and an LL.B. in Law from Reichman University.
