Pavel Merhout

Pavel Merhout has extensive work experience in various managerial and technical roles. Pavel is currently the Managing Director at Tymphany. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director at Bang&Olufsen s.r.o. from 2011 to 2017, where they also served as the Technical Manager from 2007 to 2011 and Quality Manager from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as the Industrial Engineering Manager at LG. Philips Displays from 2000 to 2004, and as a Quality Engineer at ON Semiconductor from 1999 to 2000. Pavel began their career at Philip Morris International, where they served as a Quality Supervisor from 1996 to 1999 and Analyst from 1994 to 1996.

Pavel Merhout obtained their Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, from 1989 to 1994. Pavel also has a certification as a Master Black Belt from ASQ, obtained in 2003.
