Jagan Peri

Jagan Peri has a wide range of work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Jagan is currently the Head of Engineering at Typeface since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Adobe as the VP of Engineering from December 2016 to April 2022. Jagan'srole involved overseeing the development of flagship Adobe apps such as Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and more. Additionally, they served as a Senior Principal Scientist at Adobe from May 2016 to November 2021.

Before Adobe, Jagan Peri held positions at Kony, Inc. where they were the Senior Vice President from October 2015 to March 2016. Jagan also served as the Chief Technical Architect at Kony, Inc. from September 2013 to October 2015. In this role, they built and architected Kony Modeler and App Services, a platform for building enterprise mobile apps.

Prior to Kony, Inc., Jagan Peri worked at Microsoft Corp. for a significant period. Jagan was the Principal Development Manager from September 1998 to September 2013. During their time at Microsoft, they led multiple teams and contributed to the development of various products, including Windows Azure Cache, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform/Programmability, Dynamics CRM online, and BOSG Analytics platform groups.

Jagan Peri's career began as a Software Engineer at Sybase from June 1996 to September 1998.

Jagan Peri completed their Secondary Education at Vidya Mandir. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Later, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
