Jay Choi

Jay Choi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product development and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Glia since May 2022, Jay leads innovations in digital customer service. Jay also holds positions on the Board of Directors at Typeform, and as an Executive Advisory Board Member for both Gloat and Shmoop. Previously, Jay was Chief Product Officer at Qualtrics, where contributions significantly advanced experience management, and before that, held senior roles at Danaher Corporation, including EVP/GM and Business Development (M&A). Jay's earlier career includes impactful roles at FLUKE Corporation and Deloitte, complemented by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
