Neil Sheppard

Neil Sheppard is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Typeform since April 2022, Neil previously held various leadership roles at Moonpig from July 2014 to January 2022, including Head of Engineering and iOS Tech Team Lead, where a focus was placed on delivering high-quality app experiences through best practices in software development. Prior to Moonpig, Neil gained significant experience at John Lewis as a Systems Developer and at Aseriti as an Application Analyst. Neil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering with AI from Birmingham City University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
